Our team of office administrators are often the first point of contact for bereaved families offering care and assistance. Their main duties include obtaining relevant details on notification of a death, taking and offering guidance for newspaper notices and ordering floral tributes, preparation of orders of service, administrating charitable donation accounts, assisting with bereavement benefits and facilitating viewing at our rest rooms.

Our experienced and qualified funeral operatives are responsible to the funeral directors and will carry out removal, embalming and preparation duties to the highest of standards.
